Yajaira Castillo Gonzales

Yajaira is a geological engineer and has studied the Master in Geotechnical Engineering with a specialty in Groundwater hydrology at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia UPC (Spain). She is a PhD student at the Institute of Environmental Assessment and Water Research (IDAEA) of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) in Barcelona, Spain. Her research focuses on the simulation and upscaling of flow and transport during water infiltration in soils, which is part of the HydroPore II project.
