María Generosa Martrat is at the Institute of Environmental Assessment and Water Research (IDÆA), CSIC, in Barcelona (Spain), since 1993. Her work is based on the analysis of dioxins, dioxin-like compounds and other persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in food and feed as well as human biological fluids.
