Bernat Oró-Nolla obtained his BSc in Chemistry at University of Barcelona (UB). After, he undertook an internship at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim (Norway) for his MSc in Analytical Chemistry (UB) dealing with the effects of emerging contaminants in predatory species using UPLC-MS/MS techniques. Nowadays, he is pursuing his Ph.D. at IDAEA-CSIC in the Analytical Chemistry and Environmental Sciences (UB). The subject of his thesis is to develop and validate methods based on GC and LC coupled to high resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) techniques to determine persistent organic pollutants (POPs) and emerging contaminants (ECs) in avian wildlife and evaluate their environmental effects.

2020 Ph.D candidate at IDAEA-CSIC analysing Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) and emerging contaminants (ECs) in avian wildlife evaluating their environmental effects.

2019 Internship at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) to perform the Final Master Thesis in Trondheim (Norway).
