IDAEA collaborates with SECPhO cluster for technology innovation

The Institute of Environmental Assessment and Water Research (IDAEA-CSIC) has started a collaboration with SECPhO cluster, focused on promoting technological innovation through the application of deep technologies, mainly photonics or technologies based on light, to all types of sectors of our economy, such as health, cosmetics, chemical industry or environment.
IDAEA has signed a two-year contract to be a SECPhO partner in order to exchange information and collaborate with projects with other members.
The main objectives of SECPhO are to generate business opportunities for companies, to provide technology centres and research groups with access to projects, and to foster innovation in the field of deep tech, mainly photonic and optic technologies. SECPhO members are regarded to be very diverse, from SME’s to technology transfer centers, R&D Center, etc.
