MED-SPRING D9.6 - Stocktaking EU Regions-MPC Cooperation

This deliverable was conducted via a methodology including on-line questionnaires, ad-hoc interviews and based on the outcomes of a MedSpring debate session in the frame of the IMC-CPMR General Assembly that took place in Venice (Italy) in June 2014. Experiences from 6 Mediterranean countries, gathering a total of 33 projects were examined during the analysis which were further reflected in the MedSpring debate session.

This report is related to the S&T Agreements that are today the frame under which the bilateral cooperation on research and innovation is mostly developed by the EU and its partners. They constitute a “fil-rouge” among the different Framework Programmes and ensure a periodical high-level policy dialogue between the actors involved.
